Before real estate, I was an entrepreneur. I built and ran businesses in the beauty industry, so I knew what it takes to create something from nothing. I also knew the difference between owning a job and owning a business, and I wasn't willing to trade one hustle for another.
So I built my business the modern way, on content and relationships: showing up, serving people well, and learning from the best in the business.
Today I'm the founder of Sam Sells the City and a certified eXp mentor, serving buyers across North Austin in both resale and new construction. My goal isn't just to close more transactions. It's to build wealth, create passive income, and leave a legacy, and I want to help other agents do the same.

Agents who go on to reach ICON status earn back the full amount they paid toward their cap, a level of recognition few brokerages offer.
